Hosting and security services may process limited technical information such as IP address, device and request data.
3. How information is used
Information may be used to assess and respond to enquiries, communicate about a potential engagement, maintain appropriate records, prevent misuse, protect legal rights and comply with applicable obligations. Information supplied for one enquiry will not be publicly presented as an asset listing without a separate agreement.
4. Lawful bases
Depending on the circumstances, processing may be necessary to take steps at your request before entering a contract, to perform a contract, for legitimate interests in operating and protecting the business, to comply with legal obligations or on the basis of consent where consent is appropriate.
5. Sharing

It may also be disclosed where required by law. Enquiry information is not sold.
